54. המצאת מסמכים אחרים
בעל רשיון ימציא לרשות דינים־וחשבונות, הודעות, פרטים או מסמכים אחרים הנוגעים לפעולות מרכז הצלילה ככל אשר הרשות תדרוש ממנו וימסור פרטים נכונים ומלאים ותשובות נכונות ומלאות ככל שיידרש.
