72. פסילה או הפסקה מינהלית על פי החלטת הרשות
בעל תעודה או רשיון שנמסרה לו החלטה על פסילתו או על הפסקה מינהלית לפי סעיף 8 לחוק, ימציא את תעודתו או את רשיונו לרשות תוך שבעה ימים מיום המסירה, והיא תרשום בהם את הפסילה או ההתלייה, לפי העניין, ואת תאריכיהם. התעודה או הרשיון לא יוחזרו לבעליהם אלא לאחר שפגה תקופת הפסילה או ההתלייה.
