75. המצאת תעודה שבעלה הורשע
הורשע בעל תעודה או בעל רשיון על עבירת צלילה או על עבירה לפי חוק אחר, הנובעת מביצוע צלילה ספורטיבית, או ממתן שירותי צלילה, ימציא את התעודה או הרשיון לבית המשפט שבו הורשע כאמור, תוך שבעה ימים מהיום שהודע לו על ההרשעה, או תוך תקופה קצרה מזו שנקבעה על ידי בית המשפט.
