Section 2 of תקנות שירות הביטחון הכללי (הגבלות על עובדי השירות בתקופת עבודתם בשירות ולאחריה), התשס״ד–2004, תחומי הגבלות על עובד השירות לשעבר.
2. תחומי הגבלות על עובד השירות לשעבר
(א)הוראות תקנה 1(א)(3) ו־(4) יחולו גם על עובד השירות לשעבר, וזאת בהתחשב, בין השאר, במשך עבודתו בשירות ובסוג המידע שאליו נחשף במהלך עבודתו בשירות והכל במידה סבירה שאינה עולה על הנדרש.
(ב)בנוהלי השירות ייקבעו הוראות לענין דרכי השגה על החלטה לפי תקנה זו.
(ג)נוהלי השירות לפי סעיף זה יובאו לידיעתו של עובד השירות טרם סיום תפקידו בשירות, או לידיעתו של עובד השירות לשעבר, לפי הענין.
