16. הפסקת נשיאת עונש משמעתי
שבוי העומד להיות מוחזר למולדתו או להיות מאושפז בארץ נויטראלית, ואשר עד למועד שנועד להשבתו למולדתו או להעברתו לאשפוז לארץ נויטראלית, טרם נשא עונש משמעתי שהוטל עליו, לא יעוכב לשם נשיאת אותו עונש, כולו או מקצתו.
