24. דיון שלא בנוכחות נאשם
קויימו הליכים שלא בנוכחות הנאשם לפי סעיף 328 לחוק, תישלח לו הודעה על ההליכים ועל פסק הדין לפי סעיף 329 לחוק בשפה שהוא שומע אותה.
