27. הכללת תקופת מעצר בעונש
הטיל בית־דין צבאי על שבוי מאסר או מחבוש, יכלול בתקופת העונש גם כל תקופה שבה היה השבוי נתון במעצר לפני מתן גזר־הדין בקשר לאותו משפט.
