3. שימוש בשפת השבויים
(א)פקודות הנוגעות להתנהגותם של שבויים יינתנו להם בשפה שהם שומעים אותה, או כאשר תרגומן לאותה שפה בצדם.
(ב)תקנות, צווים, פקודות, הודעות ופרסומים אחרים בכתב הערוכים אל שבויים יינתנו בשפה שהם שומעים אותה, או כאשר תרגומם לאותה שפה בצדם.
