7. שקילת הבריחה בעת דיון בעבירה אחרת
בריחה או נסיון בריחה ואפילו היתה זו עבירה חוזרת – לא יראו אותם כנסיבה מחמירה בשעת העמדתו לדין של השבוי על עבירה שעבר בשעת הבריחה או נסיון הבריחה.
