תיקון: תשע״ג־2, [הודעות]
תובע שהוא בעל רכב ששוויו עולה על 40,000 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לנובמבר 2012; בשנת 2026, 46,138 ש״ח), לא זכאי לגמלה, כאמור בסעיף 9א(ב) לחוק; על הסכום האמור תחול תקנה 10(ד); בתקנה זו, ”שווי הרכב“ – כהגדרתו בתקנה 10(ג).
