תיקון: תשס״ד
זכאי שיצא את ישראל לצורך קבלת טיפול רפואי מחוץ לישראל, כהגדרתו בסעיף 14א(ד)(3) לחוק, זכאי לתשלום גימלה לתקופה שאינה עולה על שישה חודשים, ובלבד שהמציא אישור של קופת חולים בדבר קבלת הטיפול הרפואי מחוץ לישראל.
