5. תקנות לסוגי סדרות
תיקון: תשכ״ד, תשכ״ד־2, תשל״ב, תשל״ז־2
שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, יקבע בתקנות סוגי סדרות של איגרות חוב המוצאות לפי חוק זה; בתקנות כאמור ייקבעו ענינים אלה לגבי כל סוג:
(1)שיעור הריבית שתשולם על איגרות החוב ופרקי הזמן לתשלומה;
(2)התקופה אשר לה יוצאו איגרות החוב ודרכי פדיונן;
(3)שווין הנקוב של איגרות החוב;
(4)נוסחן של איגרות החוב.
