9. הסכם להפצת איגרות חוב ומכירה מתחת לשווי הנקוב
תיקון: תשל״ב
(א)שר האוצר רשאי לבוא לידי הסכם עם אדם שיקבל על עצמו הפצת איגרות החוב או שיערוב להפצתן, כולן או מקצתן, ולשלם לו עמלה כפי שיקבע שר האוצר בתקנות, דרך כלל או לסדרה פלונית.
(ב)שר האוצר רשאי להתיר מכירתן של איגרות החוב בפחות משוויין הנקוב, ובלבד שההֶפחת לא יעלה על אחוז שקבע שר האוצר בתקנות, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, דרך כלל או לסדרה פלונית.
