3. מקומות כניסה לנפט ביפו
תיקון: [1931], 1938, תש״ט
(1)חוף ים יפו ממול למועדון – יפו (שהיה ידוע עד עתה בשם כאז כאנה) והמזח שמצפון לברכת הסירות בתל־אביב יהיו מקומות כניסה בגדר פקודת המכס לצורך פריקת שמנים מתלקחים.
(2)כל השמנים המתלקחים המובאים לנמל יפו לא יפרקום אלא במקומות אלה, ויש לפנותם ולהעבירם משם מיד.
