המקום שבו פורקים ויניל כלוריד מונומר, אתילן די־כלוריד, ופחמימנים כלורידיים אחרים באמצעות צינורות מנמל עכו למפעל תעשיות אלקטרו־כימיות (פרוטארום) בע״מ, הנמצא באזור התעשיה על יד עכו (משמר הים), יהא מקום כניסה.
