בפרק זה –
(א)”חמש שנים“ פירושן – חמש שנים מראשית שנת הכספים 1950/51, או מראשית שנת הכספים שלאחר גמר הבנייה, הכל לפי התאריך המאוחר יותר.
(ב)”גמר בנייה“ – פירושו כמשמעותו של המונח ”גמר בנין“ בפקודת מס הרכוש העירוני, 1940.
