35א. סייג
תיקון: תשט״ו
(א)מרכז ההשקעות רשאי לבטל את הפטורים, ההקלות וההנחות לפי חוק זה, וכן רשאי הוא לבטל אישור שניתן לפי חוק זה אם לא קויים תנאי מתנאי האישור.
(ב)בוטל אישור כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), ישלם בעל המפעל, כתום שלושים יום מתאריך הביטול, כל האגרות שסילוקן נדחה לפי חוק זה, וכן המסים החלים על יבואה של סחורה שהיה פטור מהם לפי סעיף 24.
