3. סמכות לפטור מהיטל מכירת נייר ערך בשיטת המסחר המבוקר
שר האוצר רשאי בתקנות, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, לפטור מן ההיטל, כולו או חלקו, מכירת נייר ערך בעל רמת סחירות נמוכה במסגרת מסחר מבוקר בבורסה הישראלית, ולקבוע תנאים, סייגים והוראות נילוות לפטור כאמור.
