14. בירור בועדות התביעות
(א)לא הגיע מינהל הביצוע לידי הסכם בכתב עם התובע בדבר הפיצויים וההטבות האחרות לפי חוק זה תוך שלושים ימים מיום הגשת התביעה או תוך מועד מאוחר יותר שבאה עליו הסכמתו של התובע, תבוא התביעה להכרעה בפני ועדת תביעות.
(ב)ועדת התביעות תכריע גם כשנחלקו הדעות בשאלה אם בוצע הפינוי בנסיבות כאמור בסעיף 13.
