6. תפיסת מקרקעין
תם המועד למסירת ההחזקה במקרקעין לפי סעיף 4, רשאית המדינה, בלי צורך בצו של בית משפט, לתפסם ולהחזיק בהם, ולפנותם מאדם, מחפץ ומבעלי חיים.
