14. הרכב ועדת הרשיונות
ועדת הרשיונות תדון בשלושה, שהם:
(1)עובד הרשות המופקד על הבטחון באותו שדה תעופה;
(2)מפקד יחידת המשטרה באיזור שבו נמצא שדה התעופה או נציגו;
(3)נציג מנהל המכס והבלו, ובאין מנהל מכס ובלו באותו שדה תעופה – מי שמינה מנהל הרשות לענין זה.
