23. אבדן רשיון
(א)אדם שרשיון שניתן לו לפי כללים אלה אבד, יודיע על כך לאלתר למשטרת ישראל ולמזכיר ועדת הרשיונות.
(ב)מי שמצא רשיון שניתן לפי כללים אלה יודיע על כך לאלתר למשטרת ישראל ולמזכיר ועדת הרשיונות.
