רשיונות כניסה ורשיונות רכב שירות שניתנו לפי תקנות הטיס (שמירה על הסדר בשדות תעופה ובמנחתים), התשל״ג–1973, יראו אותם כאילו הוצאו לפי כללים אלה וייחשבו כתקפים כל עוד לא פקע תקפם, או כל עוד לא בוטלו או הותלו לפי כללים אלה.
