8. תנאים למתן רשיון חד־פעמי
תיקון: תשנ״ה
(א)רשיון כניסה חד־פעמי יינתן למבקש שלהנחת דעתו של נותן הרשיון או של הממליץ על מתן הרשיון, לפי הענין, הימצאותו בשטח המוגבל במועד המבוקש דרושה לשם ביצוע עבודה, תפקיד, מתן שירות או לצורך ליווי נוסע הזקוק לטיפול אישי.
(ב)רשיון רכב שירות חד־פעמי יינתן למבקש המחזיק ברשיון כניסה תקף ואשר, להנחת דעתו של נותן הרשיון, נתקיימו בו הוראות סעיף 3(7) וסעיף 6(ב).
