2. הקמת הועדה
(א)מוקמת בזה ועדה מייעצת לבטיחות גרעינית, אשר תייעץ למנהל בכל ענין הנוגע לבטיחות הבניה וההפעלה של כור גרעיני.
(ב)השר יקבע, בהודעה שתפורסם ברשומות, את הרכב הועדה ואת מספר חבריה ומינוים.
