5. תחילה ותוקף
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה ביום תחילתו של ההסכם כאמור בסעיף XXX בתוספת. באותו יום תפורסם ברשומות גם הודעתו של שר החוץ על תחילתו של ההסכם.
תחילתם של ההסכם והחוק ביום 12.1.1994 (י״פ תשנ״ד, 3885).
(ב)החוק יעמוד בתקפו עד תום תקופת תקפו של ההסכם לפי סעיף XXX בתוספת. שר החוץ יפרסם ברשומות הודעה על מועד סיומו של ההסכם.
