23. הסדרת הסחר
(א)לא יקבל סוחר בשר טחון חי מתובל לרשותו, לא יחזיקו ולא יעבירו, אלא אם הוא מיוצר, ארוז ומסומן בהתאם להוראות צו זה.
(ב)לא יפתח אדם חבילת בשר טחון אחרי סגירתה אלא לשם צריכה.
