1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשי״ח, תשי״ט, תש״ך, תשכ״ג
בצו זה –
”הובלה“ – הובלה בכלי רכב;
”מיכל“ – כד עשוי מפח מגולוון או מיכל אחד שאושר על ידי המנהל, למעט בקבוק;
”טנק“ – טנק מבודד המיועד במיוחד להובלת חלב בלבד;
”מכוסה“ – מכוסה בכיסוי או בגג העשויים להגן על החלב מפני קרני השמש וחום, לרבות אבזרין (ברזנט);
”המנהל“ – כמשמעותו בצו הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (הסחר במזון, ייצורו והחסנתו), תשכ״א–1960.
