תיקון: תש״ם, תש״ן, תשפ״ב
חלו לראשונה שני צווי הרחבה על מעסיק כאמור בתקנה 2א במועד שאינו ה־1 בינואר של שנה פלונית, יבוא אותו מועד במקום ה־1 בינואר האמור באותה תקנה ודמי טיפול מכוח תקנה 2א ישולמו באופן יחסי בעד יתרת שנת הכספים שלאחר אותו מועד.
