3. ביצוע החלטות ישראליות
(א)החלטה של בית משפט בישראל שמבקשים לאכפה בגרמניה על־פי האמנה, ושוכנע רשם בית המשפט בו ניתנה ההחלטה כי ההחלטה אינה ניתנת עוד לערעור וכי היא בת־ביצוע בישראל, יתן על כך אישור על־פי בקשתו של האדם שלטובתו ניתנה ההחלטה.
(ב)האישור יינתן על גוף העתק מאושר מההחלטה.
