2א. אישור מוקדם של תשדירים
תיקון: תשנ״ז, תשנ״ט
(א)בעל זכיון יגיש למנהל בקשה בכתב לאישור תסריט של כל תשדיר הטעון אישור לפי סעיף 2 שבכוונתו לשדר ביחידת השידור שלו, לא יאוחר מ־7 ימים לפני מועד שידורו המתוכנן.
(ב)בעל הזכיון יצרף לבקשתו את התסריט או את התשדיר שבכוונתו לשדר וכן יפרט בבקשה מהי רצועת השידור שבה מתוכנן שידורו של התשדיר.
(ג)המנהל יתן את החלטתו תוך 7 ימים ממועד הגשת הבקשה.
