10. מספר מממנים
(א)הועדה רשאית לאשר הצעות של מספר מציעים למישדר אחד או לסדרת מישדרים ובלבד שמנהל השידורים קבע לגביהם כי עלותם גבוהה במיוחד.
(ב)אישרה הועדה, כאמור, מספר הצעות למישדר אחד, לא יעלה זמן השידור של שמות כל המממנים על ארבע שניות לכל מממן.
