15. אישור הועדה
(א)הועדה תדון בבקשות שהוגשו בכתב או בתמונה בלבד; הועדה רשאית לדרוש מיזם להגיש לה תסריט מפורט בטרם תדון בבקשתו.
(ב)הועדה רשאית לאשר את תוכן התשדיר לפי בקשת היזם, להורות על שינויים בתוכן או בהיקף, או שלא לאשרו כלל.
(ג)הועדה רשאית לקבוע סייגים בדבר תכיפות השידורים של תשדיר שירות, לרבות שידורים חוזרים.
