19. תשדירי שירות מוכנים
(א)תשדיר שירות מוכן שאושר בידי רשות השידור או בידי הטלויזיה הלימודית, יראו אותו כמאושר על פי כללים אלה.
(ב)תשדיר שירות מוכן שטרם אושר בידי הועדה הקבועה או רשות השידור או הטלויזיה הלימודית, יהא התשדיר טעון אישור הועדה ומנהל השידורים לפי כללים אלה.
