21. התשלום הנדרש
(א)הועדה תקבע את גובה התשלומים בעד תשדירי שירות.
(ב)גובה התשלומים יהיה בעד 20 שניות שידור או חלק מהן, בעד 21 עד 30 שניות שידור, בעד 31 עד 45 שניות שידור ובעד 45 שניות עד דקת שידור.
(ג)לא יינתנו הנחות אלא באישור הועדה ומטעמים שיווקיים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
