4. שידורי חסות
(א)מימון תכניות שידורים של מינהלת ההקמה באמצעות שידורי חסות ייעשה בדרך של הזמנה לקבלת הצעות למימון מישדרים; המימון יכול שיהיה להפקתם של מישדרים כאמור או לרכישתם, לפי הענין; לא ימומנו באמצעות שידורי חסות מישדרים בענייני היום ובענייני צרכנות ושידורים ממליאת הכנסת.
(ב)ההכנסות משידורי החסות יהיו סעיף בתקציב מינהלת ההקמה.
