6. אישור הועדה ופרסום ההזמנה
(א)אישרה הועדה את הרשימה, יפרסם מנהל השידורים ברבים את ההזמנה לקבלת הצעות, דרכי ההגשה ומועדיה, הכל בכפיפות לכללים אלה.
(ב)מצאה הועדה לנכון, רשאית היא לאשר קבלת הצעות כאמור שלא בדרך פרסום ברבים אלא על־ידי פניה טלפונית למספר מציעים.
