2. אופי המישדרים
(א)בעל רישיון יכוון את שידוריו לקהל היעד שלו, וישלב במישדריו מגוון רחב, ככל האפשר, של סוגי תכניות בתחום האפיון, הכל כפי שנקבע ברישיונו.
(ב)בעל רישיון יקפיד על איכות נאותה של המישדרים, בהתאם לדרישות הרישיון.
