10. שידור הממצאים
(א)המנהל הכללי של הרשות, או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך, ינחה בדבר אופן שידור ממצאי הממונה כאמור בסעיף 9(5), בשים לב להמלצת הממונה.
(ב)הממצאים ישודרו, ככל האפשר בנסיבות הענין, באותה מסגרת שבה שודר המישדר שבעטיו נגרמה הפגיעה ובסמוך לאחר שידורו.
(ג)בעת שידור הממצאים יצוין מועד השידור המקורי שבו נעשתה הפגיעה כאמור.
