8. הפסקת הבירור
(א)הממונה רשאי להפסיק בירור תלונה אם ראה כי לכתחילה לא היה מקום לבירורה, ורשאי הוא להפסיקו אם ראה שענין התלונה בא על תיקונו או שהמתלונן ביטל את תלונתו.
(ב)הממונה יודיע למתלונן ולמי שהתלונה נוגעת לו, בכתב, שהפסיק את הבירור ויציין את הנימוקים לכך.
