12. פקיעת הצו
צו מינוי יפקע באחת מאלה:
(1)המבקש לא המציא את העתק הצו והמסמכים כאמור בתקנה 6(ב);
(2)התובענה נדחתה, נמחקה או הופסקה, ואם נותר צו המינוי בתוקף לאחר מתן פסק הדין – אם פסק הדין בוצע;
(3)הצו ניתן לפני שהוגשה התובענה, והתובע לא הגיש את כתב התביעה בתוך שבעה ימים מיום נתינתו, או במועד מאוחר יותר שקבע בית המשפט כאמור בסעיף 17(ג) לחוק.
