14. סמכויות כונס הנכסים
משניתן צו מינוי רשאי כונס הנכסים להיכנס, בתוך המועד הקבוע בצו, לחצרים שלגביהם ניתן הצו (להלן – החצרים) ולערוך בהם חיפוש לשם תפיסת הנכסים האמורים בצו (להלן – הנכסים); כונס הנכסים רשאי לצלם את החצרים, לתפוס את הנכסים, להעתיקם, לצלמם, ולעשות בהם את האמור בצו.
