2. צו נוסף
הוגש דין וחשבון בלתי מספק, רשאי התובע לבקש מבית המשפט צו המחייב את הנתבע לתקן או להשלים את הדין וחשבון. בית המשפט רשאי להורות על השלמת הדין וחשבון בדרך שיקבע.
