20. הודעה מטעם בית המשפט
(א)היו הנכסים או הראיות נושא צו המינוי מצויים בחזקתו של צד שלישי, ימציא לו כונס הנכסים, בעת ביצוע הצו, את הודעת בית המשפט על זכותו להצטרף להליך כאמור בסעיף 20(ב) לחוק, בצירוף העתקי המסמכים האמורים בתקנה 6(א).
(ב)הודיע בית המשפט לצד שלישי על זכותו להצטרף להליך כאמור בסעיף 20(ד) לחוק, יצורפו להודעת בית המשפט העתקי המסמכים האמורים בתקנה 6(א).
