3. אופן הגשת עמדות בעניין הכללים
כל אדם הרשאי לפי החוק או חוק התאגידים, לפי העניין, להגיש עמדה לעניין הכללים יגיש את עמדתו המנומקת בכתב; העמדה תוגש למזכירות המועצה באמצעות פקסימילה או שליחה לכתובת דואר אלקטרוני, ורשאית הרשות הממשלתית לקבוע אמצעים נוספים להגשת עמדות; קבעה הרשות הממשלתית אמצעים נוספים כאמור, תציין אותם בהודעה שפרסמה לפי סעיף קטן 2(ב), לצד פרסום מספר הפקסימילה וכתובת הדואר האלקטרוני.
