9. פטור מדיווח
המנהל רשאי לפטור מוכר או משווק, מיוזמתו או לבקשתם, ממסירת מידע לפי תקנות אלה, כולו או חלקו, אם המידע מתקבל אצל רשות הגז הטבעי מכוח דין אחר.
