Section 2 of פקודת ההיזקות הנגרמים ע״י ספינות המהלכות בים, בהדרכת סירות הדרכה, 1939, אחריות בעליה או רב־חובלה של ספינה המהלכת בהדרכתה של סירת־הדרכה להיזק שנגרם על ידה.
2. אחריות בעליה או רב־חובלה של ספינה המהלכת בהדרכתה של סירת־הדרכה להיזק שנגרם על ידה
למרות כל האמור בכל חוק עותומני או בכל חוק אחר או פקודה אחרת, הרי הבעלים או רב החובל של ספינה המהלכת בים בהדרכת סירת הדרכה, בין שההדרכה היא מאונס ובין שהיא בצורה אחרת, יהא אחראי לכל הפסד או היזק שנגרמו ע״י הספינה או באשמת נהיגת הספינה.
