המנהל הכללי יוכל להרשות לסתור כל בנין ארעי או למכור את חמריו של בנין ארעי כזה אשר הוקם בשעת בנית המסלה, כגון דירת ארעי לעובדים, עד תום בניתם של בניני הקבע.
