25. כרטיס חנם וכרטיסי־הנחה
יכול המנהל הכללי לתת כרטיסי חנם לאנשים שאינם עובדים במסלות הברזל או לעובדים ולפקידים של מסלות הברזל בנסעם לעבודה או לפגרה. כמו כן יוכל לתת כרטיסי הנחה במחירים מופחתים לעובדים במסלות הברזל של מדינות סמוכות, ויכול הוא לפי הכרעת דעתו ליתן כרטיסי חנם או כרטיסי הנחה לפקידים גבוהים של מסלות ברזל אחרות.
