תיקון: תש״ח
כל ההצעות הגוררות עמהן הוספה לניד [מלאי מתגלגל] המאושר של מסלות הברזל, טעונות אישור מאת שר התחבורה, ואולם רשאי המנהל הכללי לאשר את המרת קרונות מסלות הברזל ממחלקה אחת למחלקה אחרת בתוך המספר הכולל של מרכבות [כלי רכב], בתנאי שתתקבל תחילה ההקצבה הכספית הדרושה; והערה על ההמרה הזאת צריכה לבוא בתחתית חשבון הניד אשר יתפרסם יחד עם הדו״ח השנתי.
